My Friday night residence. From 8-12 every Friday I will be playing a mixture of rock and roll and indie. Tunes from Talking Heads, ACDC, Beatles, Kinks, CCR, Stones, Hendrix, 50s right through to present day

Expect a mixture of old and new indie, rock n roll and electro. Requests welcomed as it’s your night out

Following Fridays support slot with the Charlatans at the Barrowlands, the band have announced more live shows this summer to coincide with the launch of new single ‘Heshka Rashka.’

The crowd favourite will be released in festival season on 28th June.

After two successful events raising £9000 for Cancer Research UK, TBC will be running a new event for Maggie’s Cancer Caring Centres entitled ‘Dusk to Dawn’.
TBC – Together Beat Cancer present ‘Dusk to Dawn’. A two part music event designed to raise both funds and awareness of this fantastic charity.
‘Dusk to Dawn’ takes place on Friday 28th & Saturday 29th May 2010 at The Buff Club
 PART ONE -‘DUSK ‘ – Friday 28th May 2010
Loki, Louise McVey & The Cracks in the Concrete, Admiral Fallow
The evening will be hosted by legendary Scottish DJ Jim Gellatly.
 Radio Magnetic Soundsystem DJs will also be on hand to spin some fresh tunes for your listening pleasure!
 DUSK ticket holders will be able to remain in the Buff Club after the gig should they wish.
 PART TWO - ‘DAWN’ – Saturday 29th May 2pm – 6pm

DAWN is about spreading the message of Maggie’s and letting people know and understand the fantastic work this charity does.

Battle for 2nd Place to launch their debut single at Box, Glasgow: Double B-side on July 2nd. They

promise a night of partying, with a Dj set and MC by the king of new music in Scotland: Jim Gellatly, as well as support from rising stars Andy Lucas and another, yet to be confirmed, up and coming band.

The Double B-side will be released under the band’s own independent label and will contain two tracks B1: A Better Chance B2: Damage that you’ve done

Battle for 2nd Place’s mission is to become the 2nd best band in the world.
