Arcadian Kicks Scottish Tour

I have organised the Scottish leg of a tour for Hotly Tipped Arcadian Kicks who are in Scotland this week

They are playing
May
21 Maggie Mays, Glasgow
22 Greenside Hotel, Leslie
23 Dexters, Dundee

They are managed by the drummer from The Charlatans, Jon Brookes and have recorded their debut album with legendary producer Mike Chapman (Blondie’s classic albums, "Parallel Lines", "Eat to the Beat" and "Auto American").
The first track from the bands album, "Black & White", is available as a free download (track of the week) on the Track in the Box website and is also now being given away via Reverb Nation at http://www.reverbnation.com/thearcadiankicks

The band has shared a stage with New Young Pony Club, The Maccabees, The Charlatans, Reverend & The Makers, to name a few at various places around the country. Also, they are confirmed to play in the Big Top (2nd Stage) at Isle of Wight festival with artists such as La Roux, James, Orbital and Ocean Colour Scene aswell as appearances at Bearded Theory, Cock Rock & Hungry Pigeon Festivals.

They have recently caught the attention of George Ergatoudis (Radio 1 Head of Music) and Bob Harris (Radio 2) gave "19 Days" his track of the week.
BBC Midlands Today will be filmed a feature on The Arcadian Kicks. They played 2 songs live and being interviewed alongside Mike Chapman.

They also have a different song on the Strummerville charity compilation for Jail Guitar Doors project "Breaking Rocks" album out on 19th April 2010.
