THE COTTAGE RESIDENTIAL MUSIC STUDIO located on Loch Fyne has been getting some great reviews recently and I would thoroughly recommend going to use it! Located on Ardganavan Croft on the shores of Loch Fyne in Argyll, The Cottage is a new purpose built residential music facility which offers a fully equipped music studio with a spacious live room, control room and vocal booth and an adjacent charming fully refurbished stone cottage accommodating up to 6 people.
The live room is equipped with all the gear musicians and bands would need for rehearsals and practice including full drum kit, 8 channel powered mixer, guitar amps, microphones and stands. There is also a 16-track digital recording unit that can be used for laying down tracks or recording demos. At the heart of the control room is a Soundcraft Ghost 24 track analogue mixing console.
Adjacent to the studio is the original croft house with wonderful views over Loch Fyne.
A 250-year-old stone cottage fully restored for modern living which features; central heating, fitted kitchen, bathroom with separate shower. With five single beds in two bedrooms and a
pull down double bed settee the cottage can sleep up 6 people. Original stonework and two
large open fires give the cottage a warm cosy atmosphere and make it is a great space to relax and unwind.
For the next few months Craig is doing a deal. Basically its £50 of the price of the stay plus a days tracking / recording with him as the engineer. Please quote ‘www.glasgowmusic.co.uk’ if you get in touch with him please. There is also scope for some free recording there too
Why not visit the Cottage Music Studio and enjoy this truly unique musical experience. www.thecottagemusic.co.uk
