Captain & the Kings, Baldego, Johnny Barr & DJ Jay Allan launch Thursday nights at the Black Sparrow

www.glasgowmusic.co.uk is proud to announce a series of live stripped back, acoustic and electro shows at the Black Sparrow on Charing Cross on weekly Thursday nights.

The first of this set of shows is this coming Thursday and features 3 excellent acts + a DJ!

Unfortunately Jonathan Carr has had to cancel, Johnny Barr is taking his place….So to sum up, Jonny Carr replaced by Johnny Barr. If he’s up for a new band I will try get in touch with Jonny Marr…..

Captain & the Kings
This band has recently had their single ‘It’s the Mercy’ become single of the month on BBC Radio Scotland. The 5 piece band will strip down for this performance and replace drums with a Cajon.

Baldego

Johnny Barr

Young Paisley singer songwriter and music teacher Johnny Barr is Influenced by Newton Faulkner, Thomas Leeb, Andy McKee, Jose Gonzalez and john Mayer.
He has already headlined Nice n Sleazys & the captains rest. His music sounds like dark and heavy and he adds some guitar percussion

Skye born DJ, producer, drummer & percussionist Jay will put down his Cajon fresh from his set with Captain & the Kings and take to the decks to play out the rest of the night.
