Come along to Stairway on a Saturday night for a mixture of Electro, Rock n Roll, Drum n Bass, Indie and soul. A city centre alternative to the Cathouse and ABC with plenty of cheap drinks.

THE SCOTTISH ALTERNATIVE MUSIC AWARDS, known as the SAMA’S are back for 2012!
SAMAs 2012 are back, in association Vintage Guru. Glasgows venue The Garage, is the hub of excitement and activity as we prepare for 2012s alternative award experience taking place this 1/3/12. Anticipation has continued to mount in the lead-up to the event. ERRORS have announced details of a headline Glasgow show and their new single. The band will play the ARCHES on the 11th May. Their new single ‘Pleasure Palaces’ is out on the 23rd January. www.havesomefaithinmagic.com

EFC FESTIVAL will take place in the Merchant City on the 5th and 6th of May 2012. The festival is raising funds for YORKHILL CHILDRENS HOSPITAL. There will be 5 venues and 62 bands of various genres. www.eventsforcharities.co.uk

After THE ZIPS enforced absence from the scene, due to heart attack of drummer, Jimi, the band are over the moon to announce that they are back in business! Jimi has made a full recovery, and to celebrate, The Zips have a comeback and homecoming gig for him, at The College Bar in his native, Paisley, on Friday 23rd December.
