The Proclaimers are all set to release their new single "Whatever Youve Got", out August 13th. The single is taken off their latest album "Like Comedy", out now through Cooking Vinyl.
There has been a big shakeup for Glasgow venues recently. The CAPTAINS on Great Western Road will now be moved to where THE LOCAL was situated on Sauchiehall Street. The HUG AND PINT will open in the former site of the Captains.

Christine Bovill who has a music show in Edinburgh this festival called PAIF got some amazing news!!!
The man Charles Dumont who wrote “No Regrets” for Edith Piaf herself is flying in from Paris to perform the song on stage with her.
Pretty amazing... Christine’s a good Glasgow girl and this really is a wee bit of musical history, show be an incredible show in a cool venue, The Famous Spiegeltent. Total sell out last year and 5 stars from The Scotsman.
