Kilmarnocks Dirty Weekender Announced

It is with great excitement that we can announce the complete line up for Kilmarnock’s Dirty Weekender 2013.

We have built on the success of last year’s event and added a third venue to the event to total in over 45 acts performing
throughout the weekend. The festival will begin on Friday 31st May and conclude on Sunday 2nd June.

Kilmarnocks Dirty Weekender will take place over three different venues including Bakers, Dirty Martinis and
The Granary with a real eclectic mix of Scottish music. Headline acts performing include Esperanza, Jon Windle,
Fridge Magnets, The Ok Social Club, Mechanical Smile, Junkmans Choir and Chris Helme.

Festival organiser, David Hanvey comments, “After the success of last year’s event we knew we had set the bar
very high, the team have worked hard to maintain that high standard. My hope is that people who attended last year
enjoyed themselves and will return and show the same level of support!”

Fellow organiser Richy Muirhead adds “It is great to be involved in this festival. I hope that we can build on the
success of last year and music fans embrace the chance to discover new music as well as seeing some of their favourite
acts on their doorstep!”

Other acts for the festival bill include The Holy Ghosts, Bear Arms, Culann, The Begbies, Crusades, Mickey 9s,
Sinster Flynn, Waiting For Go, The Banter Thiefs, Matt Scott, Greg Pearson, Lori McTear, Delgetti, Altered Sky, Nothing
But The Night and expect some surprises in between.

Tickets are on sale now for the festival via Tickets Scotland in-store & online.

Weekend passes are £27 with the option for day passes over various venues.
