Hello, how are you?

After taking September off, we return with a newsletter to start October.
I hope you havent missed us too much.

As we enter Autumn many bands come to our shores. There is also a huge amount of releases coming up also. There are also plenty oppotunies for bands to play some shows and also a chance to get yourself involved in a Festival.

Glasgowmusic will be launching Apps a the start of November. I will of course let you now the details in due course.

PANOPTIC

I have setup my events company Panoptic Events. It has taken a while, however I am excited about the future of it.

We are able to source everything that events need and also operate a bar that we are hoping to push out into more Festivals & Events in the coming season. Event wise I can work within any budget to sort out what is needed.

THE CLUTHA TRUST was formed in the wake of last years tragic helicopter crash
In February they held an all day event in the Barrowlands headlined by Big Country and Alabama 3 this event served as a fundraiser but more importantly brought people together that had been involved in the disaster .
They are launching the charity on 28th November one year on from the crash at Glasgow Barrowlands and will announce Billy Connolly as patron.
