Lionel Richie Delivers a Soulful Spectacle for the Ages

The show opened with Brooke taking the stage in style - sunglasses on and brimming with confidence. Her smooth R&B vocals quickly won over the crowd, who were clearly enjoying every note.

After performing her first two tracks, she introduced herself as a Scottish singer and warmly thanked the audience for their support.

Brooke then treated the crowd to a selection of her newer material, sparking curiosity and interest. A standout moment came with Summer Breeze, a track that lived up to its name with an easygoing, sun-soaked vibe.

Before closing her set, Brooke shared a bit of her background, mentioning her roots in the small town of Wallyford. She ended the night with Dancing at the Edge of the World"a fittingly magical finale from a rising Scottish singer-songwriter.

Lionel began with a burst of colour and sound as he launched into his iconic hit Hello. Bathed in lights and swirling fog, the atmosphere was pure magic. From the first note, the crowd was singing, swaying, and soaking in every moment of the soulful spectacle.

Next up, Running with the Night lit up the arena- quite literally. The visuals were spectacular, with sharp lighting and dynamic backdrops that elevated the track to new heights. It was a masterclass in showmanship.

Then came the timeless Easy, and the mood softened into something truly special. With arms raised and voices united, the audience surrendered to the smooth groove, rediscovering a classic that has clearly stood the test of time.

One of the evening"s standout moments came with Sail On. Richie, ever the showman, delivered the song with graceful moves that had the entire crowd dancing right along with him. His energy was infectious, his charm undeniable.

The tempo shifted into full party mode with a medley of Brick House and Fire, complete with pyrotechnics that lived up to the track"s name. The venue turned into a full-blown funk inferno"and the fans loved every second of it.

After the flames, Richie brought it back down with elegance on the piano for Three Times a Lady, casting a quiet spell over the crowd.

Endless Love was a heartfelt highlight. Richie shared a humorous anecdote about spending four decades trying "and failing" to get Diana Ross to perform the duet live with him. "So tonight," he said with a smile, "I need all the ladies here to be my Diana Ross." The crowd rose to the challenge, singing their hearts out in a moment full of warmth and affection.

Then came the roof-raiser: Dancing on the Ceiling. The title said it all, the arena was electric with joy as fans jumped and danced with uncontainable energy.

As the night wound down, Say You, Say Me offered a tender moment atop a beautifully lit raised piano. The intimacy of the performance was a reminder of Richie"s extraordinary ability to blend spectacle with soul.

And then "what else" All Night Long brought the show to its euphoric close. With disco lights flashing and Richie in full party mode, the finale was a celebration of joy, rhythm, and a career that continues to captivate after all these years.

A night of music, memories, and magic - Lionel Richie reminded us all why he remains a living legend.
